Multi-supplier consolidation across three continents into one cost-efficient shipment.
Overview
The challenge & how we solved it
A buyer was paying premium LCL rates because every supplier was shipping separately. We took over coordination at origin.
Our network in China, the EU and the UAE picks up from each supplier, consolidates at origin warehouses and ships as a single FCL.
The client's freight cost per kg dropped meaningfully and supplier paperwork is now consolidated into one clean set.

From start to completion

Stage 1 Supplier pickups
Cargo collected from multiple suppliers across Guangzhou, Hamburg and Dubai.
Stage 2 Origin consolidation
All cargo received at origin CFS, re-palletised and stuffed into a single 40' HC.
Stage 3 Single shipment delivered
One container, one bill of lading, one clearance delivered to the client.
