Overview

The challenge & how we solved it

A retail importer needed reliable monthly FCL shipments from Shanghai and Ningbo into Tema, with predictable transit times and clean documentation.

HAPS booked space with vetted carriers, managed origin pickup and consolidation, and handled all destination clearance under one bill.

Containers now arrive on a rolling schedule costs are predictable and the client's stock-out incidents have dropped to zero.
