Project story
Project Cargo Handling
Oversized industrial cargo moved safely from origin port to inland project site.

Overview
The challenge & how we solved it
A heavy-industry client needed to move oversized generators, transformers and steel structures from Europe and Asia to a project site in Ghana on a tight commissioning deadline.
HAPS Global engineered the route end-to-end: lifting plans, port slot booking, escorted inland haulage with police clearance, and on-site offloading using mobile cranes.
Every leg was tracked, documented and signed off zero damage, zero delays, full compliance with Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority regulations.
The journey
From start to completion
A visual walk-through of how the project moved captured at each stage.

Stage 1 Planning & origin loading
Route survey, lifting plans approved, cargo secured at origin port for breakbulk sailing.

Stage 2 Port discharge & escorted haulage
Heavy-lift discharge at Tema, abnormal-load permits and escorted convoy to project site.

Stage 3 On-site delivery & handover
Mobile-crane offloading, positioning on foundations and signed handover to the client engineer.
