Project story

Project Cargo Handling

Oversized industrial cargo moved safely from origin port to inland project site.

Project Cargo Handling

Overview

The challenge & how we solved it

A heavy-industry client needed to move oversized generators, transformers and steel structures from Europe and Asia to a project site in Ghana on a tight commissioning deadline.

HAPS Global engineered the route end-to-end: lifting plans, port slot booking, escorted inland haulage with police clearance, and on-site offloading using mobile cranes.

Every leg was tracked, documented and signed off zero damage, zero delays, full compliance with Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority regulations.
