Overview
The challenge & how we solved it
A distributor outgrew its in-house storage and needed a partner that could handle bulk receipts, pick-and-pack and last-mile dispatch under one roof.
We onboarded the client into our Tema facility racked storage, barcode-driven inventory and daily cycle counts.
Order accuracy is now above 99.5% and the client has full real-time visibility of stock by SKU.
The journey
From start to completion

Stage 1 Empty bay, ready to receive
Dedicated zone allocated, racking labelled and WMS configured to the client's SKU list.
Stage 2 Inbound & put-away
Containers stripped, cartons scanned in and put-away to designated bin locations.
Stage 3 Pick, pack & dispatch
Daily order picks, packed and dispatched on our fleet fully tracked end-to-end.
