Overview
The challenge & how we solved it
A Ghanaian agro exporter needed a partner accountable for the entire flow from farm-gate to international buyer for fresh produce on tight quality windows.
HAPS designed and runs the whole chain: collection from farms, palletising and quality inspection at our facility, export documentation, and air or sea freight to overseas markets.
Produce reaches buyers in spec, on time and with full traceability, and the client's procurement counterparts now run lean.
The journey
From start to completion

Stage 1 Origin collection & palletising
Fresh yams sourced, graded and palletised in HAPS-branded export cartons ready for outbound.
Stage 2 Loading & export clearance
Cartons loaded onto the trailer, sealed, and dispatched with all export documentation in place.
Stage 3 Delivered & unpacked at destination
Cargo arrives in spec at the buyer's premises and is unpacked under our coordination.
